We will be pleased to send your loved one or designated family members a letter informing them of your gift, in addition to sending you an acknowledgment suitable for tax purposes. Simply include this information with your contribution.
Please Note:
Before proceeding with a tribute gift, be sure you have the following information available:
- If your gift is in honor or recognition, provide the living honoree's name, as well as their address.
- If your gift is in memory, please provide the name of the person you are memorializing, as well as the name and address of the family member(s) you wish us to notify.
