Gene A Garceau

Branch: Air Force
Served: 1985 - 1995
Hometown: Cumberland, Rhode Island

I gave the Air Force 10 of the best years of my life and I am happy I did. I left the Air Force halfway to retirement because as a technologist, the potential on the outside was much better than on the inside. I have had a great career in part due to my military experience. I lost two relatives (Mom and Aunt/God Mother) to ALS in the early 2000's. I found out in late 2015 that I have it as well now. My total experiences and faith enable me to cheerfully deal with the hand I have been dealt and makes the fight against ALS more personal than I thought it could be!
