Kevin has been involved in commercial real estate for over 25 years.  He is a co-founder and managing partner of Winmar Capital Partners (WCP), a boutique real estate investment firm located in Washington, DC.  Kevin’s areas of focus over the course of his career has included investment banking, development, acquisitions and asset management.  Kevin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is a Full Member, and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) .  Kevin was motivated to get involved with the DC/MD/VA chapter of the ALS Association by his Father-in-Law who lost a 5 year courageous battle with ALS in 2019.
