Paul Ingholt is a Partner in the National Security Segment where he leads the National Security Growth Team and is a member of the leadership team for the Intelligence Community Practice. Paul has worked across defense and intelligence organizations for three decades, as a senior executive in the government shaping investment strategies across the Intelligence Community and in the private sector leading teams delivering sophisticated financial and business analysis for the major intelligence organizations.

As the National Security Segment Growth Leader, Paul guides the development of long-term business strategies, shapes pursuits to answer critical client needs, and helps to craft winning proposals. Paul supports clients across the Intelligence Community to enhance corporate effectiveness, advance mission performance and advise senior Government executives to optimize organizations. He leads work across the military intelligence market, focusing on financial innovation and performance, data strategy and analysis, and organizational change.

Prior to joining Guidehouse, Paul served as a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, working across intelligence and defense markets and international clients. In this role, Paul led functional and market teams across Intelligence Community clients, as well as shaped business strategies and lent competitive analysis on major procurements. Paul served as a senior executive in the Intelligence Community, working on a wide variety of programs and engaging with senior leaders across the Executive Branch and the Congress.

Paul holds a Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at The American University in Washington D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington in Seattle, Wa.
