I spent 5 years in the Navy 1969-1974 and was in UDT-13 (5321+5326) and SEAL Team 2(5326) Operated out of I Corp and 5 Corp respectively I spent 19 years AGR with the CTNG and retired E-8. I have since been diagnosed with B-Cell Lymphoma which was determined to be a result of exposure to Agent Orange. I am currently 100% disabled by DEFAS. My ALS symptoms began around Christmas 2017 with cramping and stiffness, on 16 April 2018 ALS was confirmed by MAYO clinic, Jacksonville FL
